Dr. Chrystle has been dreaming up our Kids Refillable Cocoflosser from the start — a reusable flosser that saves plastic from ending up in landfills and teaches tots to floss in the most enjoyable way possible. Because when it comes to healthy habits, it’s all about starting them young, and smile care is no different. As a dentist AND mom, she thought of everything — down to the stickers all kids love. Oral Care Starts Young
According to the ADA, more than half of children ages 6 to 8 have had a cavity in at least one of their baby teeth, and more than half of adolescents have had a cavity in at least one of their adult teeth. Dr. Chrystle designed the Cocoflosser with positivity and results in mind — encouraging parents to model good oral-care habits, take care of their kids' teeth AND opt out of single-use plastics.

But they just fall out, right? It's more complex than that. For starters: bacterial biofilm. It can still live and grow on gums, even without teeth erupted.
Baby Teeth Matter
Parents should use a damp, warm clean cloth or gauze, wrap it around their finger and gently wipe the baby’s gums. This can also help relieve pain from teething.
